Review by Amy Lotsberg Producer of Collected Sounds

The cover art on this CD tends to have the listener (well, me) expecting some kind of gothic heavy wild stuff (my copy had a different photo). What we actually get is some gorgeous sounds. There is a definite Celtic feel to this.

Lead singer, Cyoakah Grace O’Manion is also the founder of Land of the Blind who’s CD, “Ordinary Magic” we reviewed last month and dug that one as well.

Not all music conjures up actual visualizations, but this does, for me anyway. I close my eyes and I picture gliding/flying over green countryside at daybreak. Also swirling, pulsing colors (and no, I’m not high).

The vocals are very pretty and match the music particularly well. I’d like to hear more from this unique band.
