Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell

Elena Alice Fossi takes time off from her regular gig as a singer of the cult group Kirilian Camera to play electro pop with this all girl group. The band doesn’t sound too dissimilar from Client and Ladytron but have an ace in the hole with Fossi’s stellar vocals.

The album examines and dramatizes the fashion world with interesting results.

A cover of Tears for fears Mad World is nicely wrought and retains the originals sadness.

Size Zero examines the fashion world’s obsession with thinness set to a cold beat. Fossi’s vocals twinkle and yet sound distant like a star.

Glittering Bullet has an intriguing hard rhythm and Fossi singing in her siren-like fashion of death and glamour.

Falsos Suneos is softer and provides a nice finale.

This is an unusual and fascinating album.
