Mariposa means, “butterfly” in Spanish. The band consists of guitarist John Ferrante and vocalist LC (plus guest musicians for the CD).
The vocals are mesmerizing and gorgeous and the guitars driving and sexy. The songs are well crafted and well performed.
This is a very nice record. The only negative thing I will say about this EP is that it is only 3 songs long. This group has a nice sound that I would like to hear more of.
