Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell

Jennifer Parsignualt was born in France but now lives in the U.S. This is her third album. It’s lushly textured with the focus on Parsignault’s tender vocie and perceptive lyrics.

“Believe Me” is great dance influenced pop song, not too unlike those that Madonna wrote for “Ray of Light”.

Elsewhere she turns to folk music for inspiration, such as on the hypnotic closer “Prayer for St. Symin”. It’s celtic feel is wholly authentic and gorgeous.

Other tracks of note include the Kate Bush-like ballad “Beautiful One”.

In all it’s a stunning album.
