Review by Amy Lotsberg Producer of Collected Sounds

This record starts out really quiet and sweet, almost like a lullaby. But the second song has a definite country feel.

There is something very appealing about Mary Karlzen’s vocals. They seem very easy, laid back, lovely. It sounds especially nice on headphones when you can hear every breath and nuance.

The production is high quality and very professional. You just know that every aspect, even the little things, got a lot of attention.

I really like the songs which feature piano, but the guitar driven songs (of which there are more) are very nice too especially “Skyway” which is a Replacements song (my hometown boys).

I also really like “Show Me” it is a clear stand out for me.

Plus Garrison Starr sings back up on some songs, so cool.
