Review by Amy Lotsberg Producer of Collected Sounds

Nadine has one of those voices that you just know would fill up an entire room if you were to see her live. Luckily that feeling comes through on the CD. No recording can compare to a live performance (and I’ve not yet had the pleasure of seeing her play) but judging by this, I’d say she’d definitely impress. She’s a very powerful singer, but is able to walk (sing) that fine line between blowing you away and bowling you over (the latter not being quite as positive).

The music is good solid rock with a folky-pop feel. The songwriting is first class. Her melodies are catchy and memorable. Lyrics well thought out and as powerful as her voice.

This is a great rock CD and if you’re a fan of the strong female voice, you need to give her a listen.

Stand out songs: “Less than 24 Hours”, “Sunset”, and “Around You”.
