Album Name: Epiphany Project
Artist: Epiphany Project
Year/Label: 2001 / Epiphany Records
Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell
There is a lightness to Epiphany Project’s CD despite its complex nature. Bet Williams voice has an airy quality that elevates the songs. This doesn’t mean they lack depth as “Widows Walk” and “Blackbird” go to the heart with their beautiful sadness.
Bet Williams collabroration with John Hodian has an unusual intensity.
Epiphany Project inhabit a dimension where folk meets classical music and a new hybrid is born.
