Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell

Pamela McNeill tackles one subject on this album, and she has a million musical styles to do it in. Her supples voice and songwriting gift makes this seem easier than it is.

All the songs deal with a breakup. “Thank you for breaking my heart” is a sarcastic pop song.

“Seein’ Someone New” is tougher and not unlike the Pretenders.

“Avalanche of You-part 1” is a gospel song which shows Pamela’s voice at its most primal.

“Heart of Hearts ” is pure country ballad.

It all becomes a cohesive whole and the record is a very enjoyable listen.

Pamela is AMAZING!!! I love this CD and I would say that everyone should buy it and give her a try. Plus, if you ever get to see her live, she’s even better live.
