Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell

Producer Sean Beavan and his wife, singer Juliette follow a well-received ep with this full-length album.

The bands sound is a bit trip hop and all torchy atmospherics dominated by Juliette’s gorgeous vocals.

The sad, seductive opener “No Way Back” starts things well.

The rockin’ “You Know” has some of Garbage’s sultry attitude while retaining its own spirit.

“Never Enough” is reflective and floats on a delicate melody. Juliette’s singing is beautifully understated.

The acoustic “Liar” resembles the Sundays oddly as Juliette sings of missing someone. The harmonies are startlingly pretty and give is an eerie mood. 8mm have crafted an impeccable debut and should be cherished by many.
