Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell

Sally Dworsky sings others songs assisted by her brother on piano.

She makes them feel like she’s written them herself. That includes Neil Young’s “Heart of Gold”, in a tender version. Jonatha Brooke helps on backing vocals.

“Start It All Over Again” was co-written by rising folk star Karine Polwart and Dworsky’s bruised-angel voice and the simple song mesh well.

Jonatha Brooke’s “Because I Told You So” is a beautiful song and here it shines too.

Elsewhere Dworsky treats us to versions of Tom Waits, Irving Berlin and Cat Stevens. She’s a gifted interpreter and her brother’s piano helps her make magic.
