Review by Amy Lotsberg Producer of Collected Sounds

This CD is really unique compared to many that I’ve been getting recently. It has more guts, more, energy, more, I don’t know, *raaarrrrh *. I’d say it’s rock but bordering on punk. Driving guitars, powerful vocals, and a general theme that seems to be a mix of fire, blood, hurt, anger, and sadness as well as a little “F*#@k you!”.

Reminds me of PJ Harvey, especially on “Cinderella”. “Broken” shows her softer side. You can tell she’s got a voice that can be soft as well as powerfully loud. “Hot Blood” has an almost tribal drumbeat and the chanting makes it sounds almost demonic. Cool.

If you like your rock with a hard edge you really need to give Teri Falini a listen. You won’t be disappointed.
