Review by Amy Lotsberg Producer of Collected Sounds

This is what I would call a “fun” cd. From her kick-ass shoes on the CD cover and the rest of the liner note production to every nuance in the music this is a great experience.

Her voice goes from little girl to gutsy woman through out these 11 songs. She opens the CD with “Goodbye Charlie Brown” which is a strong opener with a country feel without being too twangy. Her harmonica adds a nice touch.

“I Found the Lions” has a fun funky beat and sound. Plus if you read the lyrics carefully in the liner notes you’ll see a familiar but oh so true phrase “between the lines”.

One of my favorite songs on the CD is, “From Another Planet” it’s funky, upbeat a bit sexy and almost loungy. Very cool.

“Long Time Coming” is a pretty ballad-type song that really shows that her voice can have a soft edge to it when she wants it to.

“Consider Me” is one of those songs that I feel like I’ve heard before but I know I couldn’t have. It’s very catchy and radio friendly.

“Nightwolves”…I love love love her voice on this song. Kind of pouty, mysterious and awesome. Another favorite (don’t tell me I can’t have just one favorite, it’s my site)

This is a great CD all around. Do yourself a favor and pick it up.
