Review by Amy Lotsberg Producer of Collected Sounds

Well the “The Shelly Show” isn’t a very long show! “Goodtime” is a little too bluesy/funky to fit my personal tastes all that well, but happily, she shows us her musical and emotional range by covering other genres as well. “Run” is a slower tune that shows off her voice nicely.

“Taken” is quite funky but in a more pop way than the first track. It adds some R&B to the mix.

“Too Hard to Fall” is a gentle piano song mixed with a torch-like vocal and is probably my favorite here.

These songs are well written and show of her creative skills nicely. It’s obvious to me that Shelly Bhushan is a talented woman.

This is a nice little recording. Small in quantity (only 4 songs), but large in presence.
