I just got an update note from Regina Spektor which said this: (among other things):
“…i have just completed my new record with the amazing and most wonderful David Kahne. Working on it with him has definately been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. It is 14 songs long, and there will be 6 supplemental piano and voice songs on an EP, though i am not sure how that will be distributed (possibly broken up into B sides, or extras on websites like iTunes/Launch, etc)… The release date has not yet been set, but i know that it will be in late spring/early summer sometime… i am so excited for everyone to hear it. It is quite different from anything i have ever done before and i love it very much.”
So excited!!
